SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS 

When will my order be processed? 

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse all around the world. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. 

We process orders between Sunday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 days during normal business hours from the order date. Please note that we don't ship on weekends. 

How long will it take to receive my order? 

Once you place your order, please allow 3-5 days to receive your tracking number. After that, it will take 7-14 business days for delivery in the United States via the USPS first class shipping, and 10-21 business days for international orders( Canada and Mexico)

Will I be charged with customs and taxes? 

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. 

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. 

Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office. 

RETURNS 

How do I return an item? 

All sales are final and NO REFUNDS will be given only in store credit. Also due to the nature of covid-19 no returns will be accepted once delivered.

 

Will shipping be covered for my returns? 

All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer. 

What if the item(s) received are defective/incorrect/damaged? 

Please contact us within 24 hours from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible. 

USPS Says delivered but no package was received? 

If the USPS marks the package as delivered on the USPS website it’s been delivered you as the buyer must call your local post office and ask why the package was marked as delivered. If it legitimately was delivered you must provide proof to the post office so they can mark the package as lost on the website if it does not get updated absolutely NO REFUND or returns we’ll be made. Scammers beware proper investigation will be made to insure the legitimacy of your claim! No packages will be resent or refunded after a proper investigation has been done on both ends. Investigations/claims can take 2-4 weeks before any refund will be given. Before the claim begins check all around your home front yard patio porch ect where packages have been place before. Also check with your neighbors and see if they received it by mistake. Also items of $25 or more all get marked as (signature required) so if the post office sees you’re not home it’s probably at your local post office. You as the customer are 100% responsible for tracking the package once it leaves out of our warehouse. If your package is legitimately missing you the customer must call the USPS with your tracking number on hand and provide the postal service with the tracking number. An in person visit will speed up this process email and phone calls will just extend the 2-4 week process. Once the postal service responds we need proper documentation showing the outcome of the missing package. Failure to provide any sort of documentation providing a proper claim has been made and a response has been received will result in absolutely no refund or second item being sent. Once the investigation/claim is over and USPS shows the item has been lost and proper documentation/proof is given then a refund or new item may be sent out.
