Did you receive a faulty unit, or the wrong product?

Please contact our Customer Support team (Contact Us page) to start the replacement process. Please include the following information: 

  • Order number 
  • Proof of purchase 
  • Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable) 
  • Complete delivery address 
  • Contact telephone number 

You will be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order replace the product.

 IF PRODUCT IS PROVED TO HAVE A DEFECT FROM THE FACTORY IN STORE CREDIT WILL BE THE ONLY OPTION ISSUED OR A REPLACEMENT OF THE SAME PRODUCT ONCE THE ITEM IS SHIPPED AND RETURNED BY THE CUSTOMER. 

IF YOU SUBMIT A FALSE CLAIM TO YOUR BANK (LIKE FRAUD OR ITEM NOT RECEIVE) LEGAL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN AND ALL DOCUMENTATION, LIKE EMAILS FROM THE CUSTOMER AND PROOF OF FRAUD VERIFICATION FROM OUR THIRD PARTY SYSTEM THAT VERIFIES YOUR IP ADDRESS AND THE CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD ON FILE USED ON OUR WEBSITES WAS INDEED YOURS, WILL BE SENT TO YOUR BANK FOR VERIFICATION OF FALSE CLAIM.
